By uploading a .hideout file or posting comments, you grant Path of Hideouts a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content to other users. You retain full creative ownership of your original work, subject to the overarching intellectual property rights of Grinding Gear Games.
We respect creator rights and intellectual property. If you are a designer or copyright owner and believe a file hosted on Path of Hideouts infringes upon your copyright or has been re-uploaded without your permission, please submit a notice to [email protected] containing the original work link and offending URL for swift investigation and removal.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, this service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
