Alright a couple of things to mention for this one, you'll need the warp mtx for sure, unless you want to move the downstairs waypoint and other bits and pieces down there upstairs. Secondly and this is a big one for some reason the Burdenback Billy Goat Pet which turns into the little camp with the well+stash doesn't import properly, thats something you may need to manually place after importing - alternatively as long as you put a stash and well up near the map device you should also be good to go.
